This is Kenjis best build for showdown and any other mode, even though first Star Power Studied The Blade is extremly underrated
Hosomaki Healing
Kenji instantly heals 75% of damage taken over the last 3 seconds.
Nigiri Nemesis
After avoiding damage for 5 seconds, gets 60% damage reduction from the next enemy attack.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.

Studied The Blade {Slashimis Slices have 30% longer range}
This is one of the most underrated and forgotten Star Powers in the games just because Nigiri Nemesis is extremely good. Studied The Blade lets you get out of hard situations quicker, easier, more efficient, and more effective. It also allows you to charge in faster and dodge more shots. ~Star Power #2~
Nigiri Nemesies { After avoiding damage for 5 seconds, gets 90% reduction from the next enemies attack} The only reason #1 got forgotten is because this is just extremely broken.
It let's you stay alive and survive almost everything.~ Gadget #1~
Dashi Dash {Kenjis basic attack only jses dash for 3 seconds}
Thjs gadget just SUCKS. It nerfs you. Of course the dash is better but the second attack deals more damage and is very important. Without the second basic attack you would not be able to take down anyone [except maybe tick] The only way this gadget can be used is to escape.~ Gadget #2~
